In many instances formadesign have long standing relationships as well as considerable experience with a number of the major institutional landlords as well as one or two of the larger private ones in the country and in addition the same can be said of the relevant local authorities who control some of the strongest retail positions in the country. formadesign consider it a usual part of the process to be responsible for Building Control and Planning submissions as well as being integral to achieving Landlord’s approval. This of course can be dealt with by others if our clients wished but importantly we do not need another to make the application of our proposed works for us.
